Function :
Audio browser list/play/shearch audio & midi file from your disk.

Audio Browser allow you to play Audio & Midi file simply by clicking them in a file list. You must keep in mind Audio Browser is like a file selector but when you select a file, Audio browser play it. The time left is showed in bar. You can stop the sound which is playing with the "Stop Play" button.

You can keep some sounds in the second list by draging filename into the list.This is very usefull to make a list of soundfile you want to keep, you can next drag them into another application.

Now let see the Functions button :

  • See All Files/See Audio File: Select the file you want to see in the file list.
  • Multiple selection: When this flag is set, you can select severals file, Audio Browser play them automaticly one after one.
  • Play when selected: If this flag is set, Audio Browser play the soundfile you select in the list.
  • Invoke Preferred App: When you double-click on a file you launch the preferred application of the file.
  • Invoke Special App : When you double-click on a file, Audio Browser open a File selector allowing you to select an application to launch with the file.
  • See All Directory : See all the directory...
  • See Directory with audio sound level 1 : List the directory which contains at least one audio file.
  • See Directory with audio sound all levels : List the directory which contains at least one audio file or directory which contains audio file, this is a recursiv function.
  • Find all audio files : Find all audio files in the current directory or sub-directory. This function can take a lot of times, so the button "Stop Find" allow you to stop the reshearch.
  • Refresh : Make a new list of file for the current directory.
  • Remove Selected Items : Remove selected items in the second list.
